1. Service
Hill AI provides an SEO analytics platform powered by Google Search Console data and AI analysis. Access is provided via subscription (Growth $49/mo, Business $149/mo) or a 14-day free demo.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
3. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
5. Google Data
By connecting your Google Search Console account, you authorize Hill AI to access your GSC data solely for analytics within the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hill AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with notice via email or the platform.
